Characters in Tyrant's Blessing have various roles in the Uprising against the Tyrant. Some, like Screeg, teleport the team to battlefields. Others, with their pets, fight these battles. There are also living characters who survived the Undead but want to rob the team fighting for the Uprising, such as the ones in the Highwaymen event. The player can enlist 20 friendly characters, but not all appear in the same playthrough.
